To make comments, give hints, relate experiences relating to pages in this wiki:
- Without having to know the wiki password or requiring a wiki identity:
Use the workbook (guestbook):
- Click on the workbook link.
- Click on sign guestbook (workbook)
- Write your name or pseudonym and the vegemite wiki page your question/contribution relates to. Then type what you want to say. Tick the privacy box (bottom left) if you want your contribution private.
- Use the password for the Vegemite wiki. It is same as for kit. Click on login and then type the password for vegemite. You can then do any of:
- Click on the Comments button. You will see the comments already made for that page. If you want to add something then in the comments box type your comment/hint/wisdom/link/request. There is plenty of room. At the end - type your name or the nickname you want the comment to come from and your email address but only if you want to. Check your comments, check them and then click on add comment.
- Click on Edit Page: If you are prepared to add your knowhow, experience, links etc at an appropriate spot on an existing page. Type in the changes, additions etc you wish to make to that page, either at the foot of the page or wherever your remarks best go.
- Click on New page: If what you want to say is best said on a new page.
- Even better still: Create your own identity with PBwiki. Then, any comment or changes you make will be linked to your identity.
New Users create their own identity:
Go to my.pbwiki.com
Type in your email address and the password you want
Click on create new user.
A verification email is sent and once the link is clicked through the identity is created.
Joining wikis
Go to my.pbwiki.com
Fill in email address and password then login with this identity.
Type in wiki name and wiki password and click on join wiki
Repeat for other wikis you are part of.
Profile Settings**
Click on profile settings at my.pbwiki.com if not already onscreen
You can click edit to vary your details
You can upload an image or select the sandwich or the bust. (I found I had to select the bust I had to select the sandwich first, save and then select the bust and save!)
You can now access a wiki with your PBwiki identity by clicking on the box top right corner of the wiki.
